With more than 25 years of on-the-job experience, CL Chng tempers his impressive qualifications with a fine and mellow skill. Dynamic and always willing to lead, he has perhaps more than anyone else set the Company on a course to become a leading M&E Consulting firm in this region. His philosophy reflects in all projects undertaken; a total and unselfish commitmentto his best quality attainable that is channeled to the needs of his Client.

Has more than 20 years experience in Building Services, ranging from Housing, Shophouses, Offices, Factories, Apartments, High-Rise, Complexes, Petrochemical Jetty, Convention Centres and Aircraft Hangars.

1988	Project/Branch Manager for Irrigation Consultancy Company
1990 till present	Presently, Associate Director involving in designs, site managements and project coordination.
